Reflect on Choices

Let us take a minute and reflect on the Choices that have to be made in our life. Do you choose chocolate or vanilla? Do you choose left or right turn? How about big or small? Smile or Frown? When people think about choices they quickly jump to should I get married, should I go to college, what career is for me or should I have kids? People think these are the choices in life. If you look back and break it down everything we do has a choice.

Are there really big choices and small choices? Think about that question. Think back over your life and the choices you have made every choice led you to where you are right now.

Looking back on my life now I see a very small choice to get in car changed a night for me. I am sure we can all have those types of flashbacks. Kids and adults both think I should have chosen to not go to that party, not quit school, not disobeyed, not eaten so much and many more.

Well we cannot go back only forward. God wants us to not dwell in the past but learn from it and focus on the future. We do need to train our children to make good choices because life is about making the good choice. This blog will cover many different areas of choice I hope you will enjoy and learn. There will be fun days and serious days. Please pass along any and all information you think can help someone.

I have not made good choices all my life. No one has always made good choices but JESUS. My hope is to help guide my children to make fewer mistakes and learn to make good choices in life.

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
